Welcome to Cloud Tech. This is an independent website where we explain cloud tools, web hosting, WordPress and everyday technology in plain, simple English.
If you have ever followed a tech tutorial that skipped the one step you actually needed, you already know why this site exists. We write the guides we wished we had when we were learning: clear, honest and written by a real person.

Why We Started Cloud Tech
Most tech guides online are either too technical or too shallow. Some are outdated, and some are copied from each other with the same mistakes repeated. After running into that problem again and again while building and managing websites, I decided to write down what actually works, in the way I would explain it to a friend.
Those notes became Cloud Tech. Our goal is simple: help beginners, bloggers and small business owners understand technology without needing a computer science degree.
What We Cover
- Cloud tools and storage: how to choose, set up and secure online services
- Web hosting and domains: what to look for, what to avoid and how to get started
- WordPress: practical help for launching, speeding up and securing a website
- Troubleshooting guides: step-by-step fixes for common technical problems
- Tech explained simply: how things work, and whether a paid tool is really worth the money
Meet the Author
Shakeel Khan – Founder and Editor
I am Shakeel Khan, the person behind Cloud Tech. I build and manage WordPress websites, and I work with hosting, domains and cloud tools as part of my daily routine. What I write here comes from things I have set up, tested or fixed myself, or checked carefully against official documentation.
I do not claim to know everything. Technology changes quickly, so I keep learning, update older posts and correct mistakes openly. If you think I got something wrong, please tell me.
You can reach me directly at info@applykrdo.com.
How We Create and Check Our Content
- Hands-on first. Where possible, we try the tool, setting or method ourselves before recommending it.
- Official sources. We confirm facts using official documentation, product pages and trusted industry sources.
- Written by a human. Every article is written and reviewed by a real person. We do not publish copied or auto-spun content.
- Kept up to date. We review older posts and update them, and each article shows when it was last updated.
- Clear corrections. When we find an error, we fix it quickly and note important changes on the post.

How Cloud Tech Earns Money
Running a website costs time and money, so here is exactly how this one is funded:
- Advertising: We may show ads, including Google AdSense. Ads are kept separate from our articles and never decide what we write.
- Affiliate links: Some links may earn us a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we believe are genuinely useful.
Our opinions are our own. If a product is not good, we will say so.
